How the pricing works
What counts as a conversation?
One user session — from when the shopper opens the chat until 30 minutes of inactivity. Not a message, not a product click — a full session.
What's waived for early customers?
The $25,000 setup & integration fee is waived. Months 1–3 have no NULogic license fee. You only pay your cloud infrastructure costs to GCP/AWS.
How long does it take to go live?
Production-ready in 3–4 weeks: platform integration (Week 1), payment + auth setup (Week 2), UAT (Week 3), go live (Week 4).
What's multi-model support?
Switch between Gemini 2.5 Flash, Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o from the /admin portal. One active model at a time — no code changes needed.
